Frisbee Market

Fouded in 1828 by Frank C. Frisbee, Frisbee’s Market was the hub of the locals and fisherman in Kittery, Maine but after a fire destroyed it in 2016, the project is being revived to bring Pepperrel Cove back to life! Once the oldest family-owned grocery store in the country, CJ Architects is excited to be a part of it’s rebuild.

The Kittery Point jewel of the Seacoast is being renovated into becoming an event space called, The View, which will include two floors to host your next special event complete with in- house catering services from their state-of-the-art kitchen.

You will also be able to dine at Frisbee’s Wharf, which will be an outdoor restaurant & bar with local flavors to include allowing local fishermen to bring in their catch of the day to prepared by the Wharf’s chefs!

Provisions will be a small convenience store that will offer up a variety of every day goods & necessities for those visiting or living close to Pepperrel Cove.

Henry Are, owner of AJ’s Wood Grill Pizza, and executive check of the York River Landing, is helping to bring this waterfront property back to being busy and enjoyed by locals and tourists alike. With plenty of new and exciting things to come to Pepperrel Cove, the residents of Kittery are excited to see what is in store for the new and improved Frisbee’s Market!
