In the restoration of this vintage waterfront home, CJ Architects prioritized preserving the seaside cottage character. While the original structure was maintained, a mix of modern design materials and techniques were used to match current lifestyle standards. The finished project highlights CJ Architects expertise in retaining the aesthetic of the original structure while composing modern applications to amplify its function. The seaside cottage character remains while the interior is converted to a more clean-line design.
