The words “team effort” took on a special meaning for this project. Pulling together to cross the finish line during the global shut down was a career first for us all. Craig Welch's passion for the welfare of the PHA community is infectious and kept us all afloat during the challenging times. We hope that this LEED Gold affordable housing, built in Portsmouth's exclusive Historic District, will redefine what’s possible and raise the bar for housing expectations in NH!
