Coordination with municipal zoning requirements for feasibility and approval of design concepts.

Confirm compliance with zoning ordinances for proposed use, building heights and areas, setbacks, lot coverage, density, parking requirements, and building design standards including form-based zoning.

CODES

Code compliance is a key component to a successful project and a smooth construction process.

A comprehensive code study is performed to determine the requirements for construction type, access and egress, occupancy, heights and areas, fire protection, energy conservation, and accessibility.

Significant experience preparing code compliant documents for permitting, and working closely with various municipalities throughout New Hampshire and Maine.

3D MODELING

A three diminsional model speaks louder than words and makes it possible to visualize abstract and complex concepts.  Seeing the project in local surroundings, solar studies, high quality images for approvals and marketing, are just a few of the advantages.
