Work with the Owner and Contractor to explore alternate materials and methods for a final design that maximizes function and minimizes cost.

INSPECTIONS

Monitor the quality of construction and evaluate the building envelope, fire ratings, and finishes. Verify that the work aligns with the Construction Documents and the Owner's vision. Coordinate inspections by MEP, FP, Civil, and Structural Engineers to ensure proper building performance and code compliance.

CONSTRUCTION SOFTWARE

Reporting and accountability via cloud based project management platforms. Programs used to facilitate Construction and Design team communication such as Procore, Fieldwire, and Newforma.

SUBMITTALS / RFI / ASI / SK

Comprehensive review of shop drawings and submittals. Respond to contractor Requests For Information. Provide clarifications in the form of Architect's Supplemental Instructions and Sketches.

MUNICIPAL COMPLIANCE

Serve as liaison with municipal officials. Provide expert opinions and responses regarding compliance. Provide conformed drawing sets.

PAYMENT APPLICATIONS

Review Contractor payment applications and evaluate Change Orders. Assess the level of completion of the work.

CONDOMINIUM DOCUMENTS

Coordinate with the project's legal team to provide record drawings for the Attorney General and the Registry of Deeds.
